Private Dessert Tour from Marrakech to Merzouga
A friend of mine and I recently went on a trip to Morocco. We were both interested in visiting the desert, and that’s why we went with the 3 Days Private Desert Tour. It was not a decision either one of us regrets. We were exposed to a variety of places en route to the desert. We spent a good portion of our trip in a car, so it was essential for both of us to ride in one we felt comfortable in (namely a very roomy Mercedes). Believe me when I say that it’s worthwhile to pay extra for a private tour because it gives you time to soak in the sights, which wouldn’t be feasible if you were part of a group tour.
The highlight of our tour was Faress, our guide. We found him to be quite professional, and he always had a knowledgeable answer for every query we gave him! He was very educated about the culture and history of Morocco, which helped us get a sense of the areas we visited, along with its natives. All in all, it was an experience we will always remember, and I encourage you to use Marrakech Desert Trips if you’re planning a trip to Morocco. Go for the 4-day tour as the time you spend getting from one place to another can be segregated, allowing you to optimize your sightseeing endeavors.

Our trip to Morocco was set up by Mohammed in his office in Marrakech. He was quite patient with us as we went over a list of things we wanted to do, offering interesting options for each idea on our list. Ali was wonderful to travel with, too. He was always on time, dependable, and went over and beyond to help us get to where we wanted to go. We went from place-to-place in a van that comfortably fit myself and both my kids (both under 10 years old). The areas we ate lunch from were not expensive and gave us plenty of food for our dollar. There were several fascinating Moroccan craft stops along the way we shopped from. We had a delightful time even though this was a last-minute booking decision. I can’t wait to come back!!!
Terrific Moroccan Expedition!!!
Aisam was the name of the tour guide for a trip to Morocco my wife and I recently took. He picked us up at the airport upon our arrival to Marrakech; and was punctual each morning he picked us up. Aisam was well-versed about Morocco – he told us about all kinds of aspects whenever we were in a car with him. Each portion of our trip was handled quite professionally, and this tour comes highly recommended by the both of us. We plan on using the same company for our inevitable return trip!
An Experience in the Sahara We Will Never Forget!
Our trip to the Sahara was terrific! Our driver, Hafid, was lovely and kept us safe during the trip. When we were in Tinghir, our tour guide, Ahmed, was enjoyable and insightful. The place we ate at was excellent, too. On our trip back to Marrakech, we had a second lunch that was just as good (if not better). Our Dades hotel offered top-notch service, and the food they served was exquisite. We also enjoyed ourselves on a camel ride. Hassan, who led the animals, was quite thoughtful and handled us with care, particularly my Mom! We appreciate everyone who made our trip memorable. Hafid, in particular, who presented us with vivid details about the places we passed while on the road!
Unforgettable, Careful and Safe Trip
When we began planning a 31-person trip to Morocco, Mohammed replied to our emails promptly. Our schedules and formalities were confirmed by his travel agency the night before our trip, putting us at ease. Each one of our drivers had minibusses, spoke English well, and best of all, prioritized our safety. The minibusses were modern, and we felt comfortable riding in them. The guided tours included with our package were well put together. One aspect of the trip that stands out were the Zagora desert camel rides that brought us back and forth to our camp. Speaking of the camp, it was adequately staffed, and almost every person we talked to who worked there spoke English fluently. There was a vegetarian in our group of 31, and her meal was prepared and served at the same time as the rest of ours. That speaks volumes about the customer service of this company.

A spectacular 7-day tour of Morocco for 4 people, which begins in Fes, is comprised of a 3-day desert tour involving Chefchaouen, Rabat, Casablanca, and Marrakech. Our Sahara camping adventure was the best part of our tour! We also had fun with a sunrise and sunset camel trek, and our campsite was quite elegant (it even had en-suite facilities). It was one of the most fun weeks I’ve ever had. We never felt rushed during the tour as it had the right balance of free time and activities. Faress, our tour guide, was a polite, thoughtful gentleman whose English was flawless. He made sure we were taken care of from beginning to end, even staying with us during the hotel check-in process (to translate English to the concierge on our behalf). Faress was insightful about the whole tour, giving us a perspective on Moroccan lifestyles. He was an impeccable driver, and I felt at ease when around him, even when we slept during our rides! This week was amazing, and I had no trouble communicating what I wanted to the tour guide or company.
A Trip You Must Take!
We took a 3 days, 2 nights dessert trip from Fes to Marrakesh via Merzouga recently. The trip was well organized, and things ran as planned. The desert’s sunset was quite a sight to take in. When calling it a night after a long day of sightseeing and eating, we opted to sleep in a tent under the stars. This was an experience we will never forget, especially since we have the photos to remember them by! Ali, our driver, was terrific. My family and I felt quite safe with him taking us to places in his van. He offered plenty of insight, laughs, and conversation without imposing on us. Ali will recommend some local BBQ eateries to visit that are a must if you take this tour - that man has great taste in food. Ask for Ali as your driver if you are planning a similar trip.

Myself and 4 other friends recently took a three-day desert trip From Marrakech to Fes. It was the perfect vacation. Our driver was a blast, our accommodation was cozy, the food was breathtaking, and the guides were entertaining. I really have no complaints! If you’re on a 12-day vacation, consider taking the 3-day trip, which was what we had so much fun on. I have already referred Mohammed and his travel agency to some friends planning a trip to Morocco, just as I am to you right now.

We went on a private 3-day Fes to Marrakech via Merzouga tour. It was spectacular. Our driver and guide, Rachid, was a real gem. A smile never left his face throughout the tour. He was fluent in English and knew quite a bit about the history of the places we visited. He took us to all the places we wanted to check out, and always made sure we were safe. He also made recommendations to shop from and eat lunch at. Our accommodations during the tour were beautiful. We have no hesitation giving our experience a perfect 5 stars. If feasible, ask for Rachid - he’s an amazing host for Morocco’s most awesome tour group.

When we took a three-day trip from Marrakech to the desert recently, our driver and tour guide, Faress Ait Omar, brought us to the most aesthetically pleasing and interesting landscapes we have ever seen. Faress was the perfect host: a cautious driver; insightful about his country; well-versed in English; and always calm. He isolated terrific areas to shop from, stay in, and eat from. Further, he coordinated a town tour that ended up being the best part about the trip. While the duration of the drive was troublesome for many of the kids on the tour, the experience was one we will never forget.
