On the 5 Days Morocco Desert Tour from Marrakech To Fes, passing through the high Atlas Mountains, you will explore so many gorgeous places such as Telouet, Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, Morocco’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites Ouarzazate, Kasbah of Amredil in Skoura palm, the Valley of Roses, the Dades and Todra gorges, Tinjedad, Touroug which is a Berber village and El-Jarf, Erfoud, the Merzouga dunes, Midelt, Azrou, Ifrane and finally Fes. Tour Itinerary: 5-Day Desert Tour from Marrakech to Fes
Day 1 Marrakech - High Atlas Mountains - Telouet - Ait Benhaddou - Ouarzazate
On the first day, we will pick you up from your Hotel at 8:00 AM to go to Telouet passing through the high Atlas Mountains and the Tizi-n-Tichka pass, where you will visit the Kasbah of Pasha Glaoui and stop for having lunch in a local restaurant. Afterwards, we will continue driving to Ait Ben Haddou crossing the Ounila valley with its Berber villages to head directly to Ouarzazate where you will have Dinner and spend the first night in hotel.
Day 2 Ouarzazate – Skoura Palm - Valley of Roses - Dades Gorges – Todra Gorges
After having breakfast, we will drive to Skoura to visit the Kasbah of Amredil which is a beautiful Kasbah situated in the palm groves "Route of one thousand Kasbahs". Then, we will make our way to the Valley of Roses, meet some nomads families live in caves and visit the Dades gorges to see the rock formations. Afterwards, our journey will continue to Boulmane du Dades to have a break for lunch heading after that to Tineghir then to Todra Gorges to enjoy its wonderful views of Canyons. Dinner and overnight stay will be in Kasbah hotel.
Day 3 Todra Gorges – Erfoud – Erg Chebbi (Merzouga)
On the third day, you will walk around the Palm Plantations to breath a fresh and clean air, enjoy the gorgeous views of Todra River and drive toward Tinjedad for a lunch meal on a local restaurant. Later on, you will pass by several villages such us Touroug and El-Jarf to reach Erfoud where You will visit a local fossil craft workshop. Then, we will continue driving to the magnificent dunes of Erg Chebbi or Merzouga Dunes. After leaving your luggage in hotel, you will ride your camels for an hour and half to spend the night in a traditional nomad tent in the middle of the dunes.
Day 4 Erg Chebbi – Nomad family – fossil Site – Tour of the dunes
In early morning, you will awake to enjoy the sunrise in Desert to inspire and motivate you then have your breakfast in the camp. You will ride your camel back to the hotel where you can take a shower, have a tour of the dunes on 4x4 allowing you to visit the black volcanic rocks of fossils, meet a nomad family living in tent to see how they live, visit khamlia village to fuel your soul with their spiritual music of Gnawa and visit the lake Dayte Sarji that forms in springtime and attracts pink flamingos. After having lunch in Merzouga or Hassi Labied, you will see the canal irrigation system, have a short walk on the oasis which are located on the foot of the dunes to Continue later to your hotel for having shower. Dinner and Overnight stay will be in Auberge.
Day 5 Merzouga – Erfoud – Midelt – Azrou – Ifrane – Fes
After breakfast, you will go to Rissani to explore its local market (Souks) to depart then for Errachidia via Erfoud, Aoufous and the valley of Ziz stopping for a wonderful view of the oasis of Aoufous in the Tafilalte region. Thereafter, we will continue to Midelt crossing over the pass of Tizi N’talghamt. After having your lunch, you will drive directly to Fes, the medieval city, via the Cedar forest near Azrou, the mountain of the middle Atlas and Ifrane which is the Switzerland of Morocco. Our driver will Drop you off in fez at your accommodation.

The fixed price of the shared group tour is 499€ per person. However it might seem a bit higher than other so-called "providers", but do not be fooled; the maximum number of participants in our groups is 8 people and the tour can begin with only 4 people, as we believe that the less number of participants in the group makes the tour quite similar to a private one, in addition to providing you with high-quality services throughout the tour.

1. What's the difference that distinguishes between shared and private tours?
The main difference between private and shared tours is that you will share the vehicles of transportation with other people during the shared tours, while rooms and tents are private in both types. You can even choose to stay separated from the group during the mealtime. The private tours are distinguished by guaranteed departure, as we are committed to offering the tour once confirming your booking. By contrast, shared tours require a minimum of 4 participants to start. If the minimum number is not met, we give you the choice to have a free cancellation or make a deal to continue as a private tour.
2. Can I have vegetarian/vegan food during the tour?
Yes, the vegetarian or vegan food is an available choice on your tour, just let us know when booking and you can remind your driver during the tour.
3. Can I get the desert camp without camel trekking?
Of course, as there is a dedicated 4x4 car that we use to transport the luggage and clients who don't have any interest in riding camels. and if you Choosing a private tour, we will arrange you to travel in a comfortable 4x4 car throughout the tour, even to reach the desert camp, all you need is to let us know during the booking process.
4. Are there private bathrooms in the camp?
Yes, our basic package includes camps that are considered as luxury ones with fully-equipped tents having ensuite showers and bathrooms at no extra cost.
5. Is it possible to take my luggage during the tour?
Certainly, our comfortable vehicles have enough space for large suitcases to enable you to bring it with you, even in the desert. The luggage will be transported to tents of the desert camp by using a 4x4 car.
Payment methods
How can I pay my tour?
To confirm your booking for a tour or an activity, you shall put down a small deposit into our account on PayPal, while the balance is due will be paid in cash to your driver on the day of your tour, either in euros or equivalent in dirhams.
Is it possible to pay by Credit Cards?
Unfortunately, credit cards are not accepted because they are not very practical in Morocco, in addition to having higher fees and carrying security risks.
Can I pay the full amount via PayPal?
Due to the operational delays and transaction fees of PayPal, we generally ask for the balance payments in cash. However, in some cases, the full payment via PayPal is accepted, taking into consideration that a 5% fee will be imposed to cover the extra transaction charges. If you decide to pay the full amount via PayPal, it will be better to make the payment before the tour.
